Our peer support meetings bring people together who are living with bipolar and mood disorders to share thoughts and provide support to one another. For you, for a family member, partner, friend, or caregiver, we offer a range of support.

We typically hold a hybrid meeting on Sundays in Calgary, which you can attend in person or online. However, this Sunday, April 20, is a holiday, and we are on Easter break.
