Your peer support & Discord Community
You don’t have to face it alone. At OBAD there are people who understand and provide support and understanding in a safe, anonymous space.
Our In-person-hybrid and online peer support programs bring people together who are living with bipolar and mood disorders to share thoughts and provide support to one another. For you, for a family member, partner, friend, or caregiver who provides support, we offer a range of support.
Please use the links below to register for a support meeting, or contact us if you have any questions or difficulties registering. You can also check out our Facebook and Instagram pages to connect with a support group.
