Your peer support & Discord Community
You don’t have to face this alone. At OBAD, there are people who understand and provide support and understanding in a safe, anonymous space.
Our Calgary In-Person-Hybrid (you can attend in-person or online if you live outside Calgary) and Online Peer Support programs bring people together who are living with bipolar and mood disorders to share thoughts and provide support to one another. For you, for a family member, partner, friend, or caregiver who provides support, we offer a range of support.
Please use the links below to register for a support meeting, or contact us if you have any questions or difficulties registering. You can also check out our Facebook and Instagram pages to connect with a support group.
