Peer support groups are a safe place to share your experiences, learn from others, and connect with people who understand what you’re going through.

OBAD's drop-in peer support meetings provide support and acceptance for individuals who have a mood disorder, such as Bipolar Affective Disorder, Unipolar Disorder (Major Depression) and Schizoaffective Disorder, as well as their family members and friends. Drop-in meetings are open and informal and guided by trained facilitators. No registration is required. Interested individuals can just drop-in.
